Introducing Michela C., RN. Michela is a specialty lead RN for cardiothoracic surgery in the operating room. One of her many roles includes on-boarding new surgeons within CV surgery to ensure both the OR staff and physician are prepared for surgical procedures. Additionally, Michela is the chairman of the UBC Council, where she advocates for process improvement and works with other departments to facilitate efficiency and department goals. Michela is a true team player and has an aptitude for leadership. We appreciate you!
