REACH Wellness E-Statements/Wellness Report Cards will be coming out at the end of June!   These indicate if you’ve completed the necessary requirements of Level 1.  Employees and Spouses, please update your email address on the Asset Health Portal since they will be issued by email.    

To updated or verify your contact information, navigate to the View All icon at the right top of your Asset Health Portal Home Screen. 

Click on the Notifications Icon

Update or verify your email address &  mobile phone number you’d like to receive Wellness Reminders.
