In 2022, Riverside will seek to become known as a “Military Friendly” organization. One step in this designation is signing a statement support with the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. Through this signing, Riverside will be listed as a partner with the Illinois affiliate which recognizes Riverside’s commitment to support employee’s service in the military and is a signature piece to the Illinois National Guard and Reserve unit’s readiness capabilities.  Our affiliation with ESGR can also connect military personnel with employment opportunities at Riverside.
