Her nomination read: “It is always hard to place our loved ones in a nursing home whether it is long or short term care. The fear of the unknown, the worries in our head and the torture of the question “will dad or mom be safe? Well worry not because Kathi is here to ensure and provide that special care for her residents and their safety! Kathi’s care guarantees excellence. She is very thorough in every aspect of her duties whether it is hygiene, shower, or bed making, Kathi will do it in a heartbeat with all her heart. Kathi is not only excellent with her residents but she is also extremely helpful to her team. Nurses can rely on her and she makes nurses tasks more efficient because of Kathi being helpful all the time. In a short time with Kathi, we can proudly say that Kathi exceeds expectations and is still willing to go above and beyond.
