Coming Soon: Your 2024 REACH Wellness Portal

The 2024 REACH Wellness Portal launches Jan. 8! The REACH portal not only offers the chance to improve your health, but also helps you earn your 2025 Incentive. It is designed to support you and your family on the path to improved health and wellbeing.

In preparation for the 2024 program, the portal will be shut down starting Jan. 1 and opening back up for launch on Jan. 8. Beginning Jan. 8, 2024, employees and spouses can access the portal and begin completing activities to earn all three levels of incentives.

Already Have a REACH Account?

Employees who have set up an account in 2023 can use their existing credentials to log in or use single sign-on (SSO) by clicking on the REACH icon found on Rivernet or the Employee Self Service Portal.

Still Need to Create Your REACH Account?

Visit RiversideHealthcare.org/REACH on your desktop or mobile device.

Employees may also set up their REACH Account using single sign-on (SSO) by clicking on the REACH icon found on Rivernet or the Employee Self Service Portal.

Insured spouses may create their REACH Account at assethealth.com/REACH using the following login information. Employees can also use this URL to create a mobile app shortcut on their smartphone.

Username: first seven letters of last name plus first initial (like your City email)
Password: first initial and last initial plus last four digits of SSN

First-time users: You will be asked to change your password after logging in.
