    Relay For Life kick-off event set for March 17; Riverside presenting sponsor

    The Relay For Life of Kankakee County team will meet for a kick-off event at 6:30 p.m. March 17 in the Bourbonnais Municipal Center (Robert Latham Community Room) to start making plans for the June 14 event.

    Attendees can register for the event; pick up team captain/member information; purchase luminaria bags; pick up American Cancer Society information; have a chance to win prizes, hear about sponsorship and volunteer opportunities and more.     Coal City installs cancer treatment bell

    Riverside Coal City Campus celebrated the installation of the treatment completion bell at the newly expanded oncology site! On the plaque, it says, “Ring this bell three times well to celebrate this day. This course is run, my treatment done, now I am on my way.”

    Riverside oncology staff, comprised of Dr. Lacher, Shannon Male, NP, nurses, lab tech, pharmacist, social worker, dietician, pastoral care, care associate, and many more look forward to celebrating with each and every patient treated at Riverside Oncology!
