Check out some of the ways you can participate in Nurse’s Month Community Engagement week:
This year, the American Nurses Association has moved away from Nurses Week and created Nurses Month. May 2022 is the chosen month with the theme “Nurses Make a Difference.” Here at Riverside, we acknowledge how all employees make a difference and are giving everyone an opportunity to participate in the month’s activities. May 22-31 is focused on Community Engagement.
One opportunity for employees is to participate in the Bradley Police Department I Got Your Six 5K on May 22, 2022. The first 50 Riverside employees who submit a copy of their registration will receive a special edition Riverside First Responder T-shirt.
Register to run or walk the 5K at https://www.igotyoursix5k.com/.
Please submit a copy of your registration to Erika Ohlendorf at [email protected]. Include your shirt size preference – sizes will be first come first serve so size is not guaranteed.
Join Riverside for a light dinner as our orthopedic surgeon, Taruna Madhav-Crawford, MD, CIME discusses the causes of chronic hand pain and treatment options. Due to limited seating, registration is required. This event is FREE. Contact (815) 802-7090 to register.
