    State of Riverside available to view in Olie

    Over the last few weeks, President & CEO Phil Kambic and other Administrative team members have hosted in-person State of Riverside sessions at different locations throughout our service area. These sessions intend to update all staff on important issues. Attendance has been strong, and engagement by the staff has been exceptional.

    While many were able to attend a live session, we recognize that it is only possible for some. One of the sessions has been recorded and is now available for staff to view between now and February 23. 

    To watch the latest edition of the State of Riverside, log into OLIE via Rivernet, type state of riverside and click SEARCH. It will be the only course in the results and is called “State of Riverside – Spring 2025 Video.” Click “Start Course.”

    The session is approximately 30 minutes. Please watch the session and record your “attendance” through OLIE. If you have any challenges with OLIE, please email olieeducation@rhc.net for assistance or call 22702 or (815) 935-3276.

    Several chances to vote for Riverside in Daily Journal’s Readers’ Choice Awards

    Once you cast your first vote, you will with your name and email. From there, you can cast one vote per category per day until voting closes on January 26.

    Lifting As We Climb: Advancing Together Through DEI

    At 11:30 a.m. Thursday, January 16, a Kankakee County Chamber of Commerce Women in Networking event will feature guest speaker Tierra Dixon-Sullivan, Riverside Healthcare’s DEI Coordinator, as she speaks on Lifting As We Climb: Advancing Together Through DEI.

    The event, presented by Riverside Healthcare, will be held at Adventure Commons, 70 Ken Hayes Drive, Bourbonnais, and will include lunch. The cost is $20 for chamber members or $60 for prospective members.
