    The Stress Free Challenge started March 31! Report 45 stress fighting activities by April 27, and earn 25 healthy habit points. There is a place to track these specific activities in your REACH account to make sure that you get those 25 points, so make sure to log them. If you are unable to access REACH because you started your employment with Riverside in 2025 (we are working on getting that fixed, we promise!) you can print this tracker to use, or stop by HR and we will give you one. At the end of the challenge, turn it back in to us in HR and we will enter it as soon as we can make an account for you. Work on having less stress!

    Benefit eligible employees and insured spouses must complete the following:

    1. 2024 Participation Consent Form
    2. Online Health Risk Assessment
    3. Upload Primary Care Well Visit Form with REACH lab measures

    Note: REACH Labs must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your annual well visit.
