2024 REACH Program Design
The REACH portal not only offers the chance to improve your health, but also helps you earn your 2025 Incentive. Employees and spouses may participate in all three levels.
Level 1 – Due Aug. 31

Username: first seven letters of last name plus first initial (like your City email)
Password: first initial and last initial plus last four digits of SSNFirst-time users: You will be asked to change your password after logging in.
Noom Weight is a weight loss program that helps you change your habits and mindset around food. Noom will be offered to all benefit-eligible employees and any Riverside-insured spouse. Participate in the Noom program and earn $300 as part of your Level 2 REACH Incentive and replace the previous WONDR program.
The 2024 REACH Wellness Portal launches Jan. 8! The REACH portal not only offers the chance to improve your health, but also helps you earn your 2025 Incentive. It is designed to support you and your family on the path to improved health and wellbeing.
In preparation for the 2024 program, the portal will be shut down starting Jan. 1 and opening back up for launch on Jan. 8. Beginning Jan. 8, 2024, employees and spouses can access the portal and begin completing activities to earn all three levels of incentives.

Take steps to enhance your emotional and mental health by participating in our new, four-week Mental Health Gameboard Challenge. To complete the challenge, finish the entire game board before the challenge ends Oct. 29. By completing the challenge, you will earn 25 Healthy Habit Points
Keep your eye out for weekly reminders with tips and motivation to help you make the most of the challenge. Log in each day to discover tips, strategies and coping mechanisms to improve or maintain your mental wellbeing.
Oct. 2 – Oct. 29
About the Challenge
Take steps to improve your emotional and mental health by participating in this four-week Mental Health Board Game Challenge. This challenge will consist of a combination of daily mental health tips, quiz questions and journal entries. The challenge runs through Oct. 29, but you will have until Nov. 5 to finish reporting your final activities for the board game.
How to Complete the Challenge
Click a day on the board game and complete the activity of the day. Once you have completed the activity you will submit your entry to receive credit for that day. You will be able to back report throughout the challenge, meaning you can complete the activities for the days that you missed. Your goal is to complete the entire gameboard before the challenge ends Oct. 29. You must complete the entire board game to earn 25 Healthy Habit Points.
