To help promote stress management for employees, the Well In Mind Employee Assistance Program is offering complimentary chair yoga sessions in Johnson Lecture Hall. Can’t join us in person? Use the link below to join us virtually, register now to be emailed a link to the webinar:
These classes will be beginner-level, gentle flowing movements paired with the breath to help you unwind from a stressful day. No previous experience with yoga required! If you need to come late or leave early to make attending one of these classes work, that is certainly ok, please just be mindful of your movements as to not disturb the class.
