Riverside Senior Life Communities and the Alzheimer’s Association Illinois Chapter will present a caregiver support group. Build a support system with people who understand. Heart Failure Support Group
Angela Heldt, DNP-BC, will present on Heart Health and Managing Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). All meetings are free. Patients and caregivers are encouraged to attend. Light refreshments will be served.
