Our main focus for 2024 will be on all-staff unconscious bias training, LGBTQ+ policy and advocacy, increasing diversity of our workforce and identifying bilingual staff to complete language competency testing.

Express your interest by completing the DEI Governance Committee Interest Form by end of day on Friday, February 9^th, 2024. Your involvement is crucial in creating an environment where everyone feels heard and valued.
