Safe Haven went live at 8am this morning.  As previously communicated, Safe Haven replaces Verge as our event reporting software.   If you have not already completed the lesson in OLIE, please do so.   If you are having trouble with entering an event in Safe Haven, please call extension 35500, and a member of the Risk Management team will assist you.

We are currently working on the auto-population of patient information from EPIC to Safe Haven, but you can still enter an event from this route as well.
